I'm taking part today in Seth Apter's Buried Treasure project. Bloggers are invited to dig for treasure on past blog posts, to give new readers a taste of what the bloggers are most proud of on their own blogs.
I have a few that stood out for me & couldn't decide, so without further ado...
April 9: The latest pages in my gluebook...
...featuring one of my favorite spreads in my vintage gluebook:
...this was one of those things going nowhere that suddenly coalesced for me, so I like the composition, images and just the general feeling behind the frustration turing into delight.
March 27: Something for the wall...
The first book cover collage I did in a long time; this one got me back into making them. I especially like that I used the entire inside of the cover (that's the spine in the center), I added paper I designed myself and a CDV I'd been hanging onto waiting for the perfect piece.
And last...December 30: Home Again
A personal post I wrote about my Mom's funeral and cleaning her house; but it always seems to me to be about my brothers and sisters.
Well, that's it...I hope you check out Seth's post and the entire list of participants, there are some amazing blogs on that list!
